01When do you show up after it snows?
We watch the forecast and stage equipment before a storm lands. Commercial lots are usually cleared before opening hours, and we come back for clean-up passes during long storms. You'll know exactly where you sit on our route before you sign anything.
02What snowfall amount triggers a visit?
Most commercial agreements trigger at a set accumulation, and we set that with you based on your property and how busy it is. Entrances, ramps and sidewalks can run a lower trigger than the main lot when safety calls for it.
03How does the pricing work?
We work on seasonal contracts, so you get one predictable number to budget against no matter how bad the winter gets. No per storm invoices and no surprise line items in February. We price the best rate we can put on your lot and we back ourselves to beat what you are paying now.
04Are you insured? Can my property manager get a certificate?
Yes, we're licensed and fully insured, and we'll send a certificate of insurance to your property manager or insurer on request. Slip and fall exposure is the main reason to hire a real contractor and we're set up for it.
05Do you handle salting and sidewalks too?
Yes. Deicing, sanding and hand clearing of walkways, entrances and stairs can be bundled into your plowing agreement or booked on their own. For most commercial sites this is the part that actually prevents claims.
06Do you do residential driveways?
Our focus is commercial, industrial and multi-residential property. We do take junk removal jobs for homeowners year round. If you're residential and looking for snow service, reach out and we'll tell you honestly whether we can fit you in.
07What do you do the rest of the year?
The same crew keeps your property looking after itself. Grass cutting, spring and fall cleanups, mulching, deweeding, plus junk removal or light demolition whenever you need it. Bundling seasons is the cheapest way to buy both.
